Windows 7 Ultimate を使用し、cmd を管理者として実行しています。
最近、Ruby on Rails の使用を開始しました。新しい Rails アプリで postgres(pg) gem をインストールしようとすると、以下に示すようなアクセス許可拒否エラーが発生します。

gem install pg
これは同じエラーにつながります。
しかし...試してみると
gem install pg -mingw32
成功したようです：

いくつかの投稿を検索した後、gemfile を使用してこれを実装してバンドラーをエラーなしで実行する方法の解決策を見つけることができず、そもそもアクセス許可が拒否されたというエラーが発生する理由の解決策も見つかりません。
