実際にサーバーから WebDAV を削除すると、アプリケーションが503 Service Unavailableエラー メッセージを返したので、再インストールしました。

個々のアプリケーション プールの WebDAV を無効にすることで、これを修正できました。これにより、「不良モジュール」エラーが停止しました。
