1) インスタンスを起動しているデフォルトの vpc にインターネットゲートウェイ (アクティブ、ブラックホールではない) がアタッチされていること、2) ルートテーブルを確認し、インターネットゲートウェイ (現在、古いものではない) へのルートが存在することを確認します。
