php - ブラウザからのiPhoneファイルのアップロードが白い画面に失敗する

Question

iPhoneのブラウザ経由でファイルをアップロードする際の問題を経験した/克服した人はいますか?

名前、電子メール、および写真の添付ファイルを受け取り、送信時に PHP のメール機能を介して送信する単純なフォームがあり、Android およびデスクトップ ブラウザーで問題なく動作します。

ただし、iPhone では、カメラ ロールから写真を選択すると、空白の白い画面が表示されるだけで、戻るかやり直すオプションしかありません。

最初のリリースの iOS8 には、Safari がファイルのアップロードをサポートしていないバグが文書化されていましたが、これは複数のブラウザーで発生しており、そのバグは数か月前に修正されました。

どんな助けでも大歓迎です。

編集：PHPコードを含めますが、このファイルを送信/呼び出すところまで到達できないため、それが問題の原因であるとは思いません。
