Chilkat ライブラリを使用して暗号化された PHP を使用して文字列を復号化しようとしています。

出力はガベージです...何かアイデアはありますか? Chilkat が使用するデフォルトの IV およびパディング設定が正確にはわかりません。また、PHP でこれらのデフォルト値をエミュレートする方法もわかりません。
