@martin-prikrylの回答が述べているように、特定の文字はユーザー名とパスワードのフィールドに未加工の形式で表示できません。そうしないと、URIが無効になります。

ここでの根本的な原因は、単純な文字列連結を使用して URI を構築していることです。
