これを試して：

Postがテーブルの場合、PostはDataRowである必要があることに注意してください。

protected void ListViewPosts_ItemDataBound(object sender, ListViewItemEventArgs e)
{
   ...
   DataRow p = (DataRow)e.Item.DataItem; //where Item stands for the current Post record in ListView.
    ...
 }
