c# - MVC による WCF 経由でのファイルの送信 (ステータス 413)

こんにちは、データベース内のファイルを管理する単純な mvc アプリケーションを作成しています。私はそのようなweb.configでwcfサービスを使用しています:

ステータス コード 413 リクエスト エンティティが大きすぎます。何が欠けているのかわかりませんが、ファイルを送信できません。

不正なパラメーターはありますか? 4MB未満のファイルを送信するだけです。
