GObject Introspection を使用できます。

非常に悪い状況です！pygtk のバインディングを作成するのは非常に困難です。幸いなことに、彼らは gobject イントロスペクションに切り替えているため、作業が容易になります。

とにかく、test.overrideファイルに余分な改行があるようです。それを削除してみてください（少なくとも私はテストしました）
