最初の質問

2 日前、奇妙なデバイスの動作とともに以下のエラーに直面していました。つまり、一部のデバイスはロード バランサー経由で接続/動作でき、一部のデバイスはそうではありませんでした。しかし、昨日はすべてのデバイスが接続できました。ネットワークやサーバーに変更はありませんでしたが。ネットワークチームはここにいて、何もしなかったことも確認しました。

WAS ND で実行していますか?

次の JNDI プロパティを設定する必要がある場合があります

ibm.worklight.admin.proxy.host
ibm.worklight.admin.proxy.port
ibm.worklight.admin.proxy.protocol

そして、その値をロードバランサーのパスに向けます

また、MFP を実行しているサーバーがロード バランサーにネットワーク アクセスできること (ポートが開いていることなど) を確認する必要があります。
