Theano テンソルで NumPy 関数を使用できないため、モデルが失敗しています。したがって

np.mean(atts_star3)

エラーが発生します。atts_star3 = pm3.Normal("atts_star",...)NumPy 配列を直接削除して使用することができますatts_star3 = x

tau_att3明示的にモデル化tau_def3 する必要はないと思いますdefs_star

または、これらの変数を保持したい場合は、に置き換えることができますnp.meantheano.tensor.meanこれは機能するはずです。
