問題の鍵はmono、アセンブリが見つからなかったことMono.WebServer.XSPです。プロジェクトの環境変数にMONO_PATH 値を追加しました。/home/myuser/Downloads/git/xsp/src/Mono.WebServer.XSP/bin/Debugコマンド ライン パラメーターをいくつか追加することで、ASP.net サイトを実行することができました。
