database - bacpac からの Azure でのデータベース作成

Question

Azureからデータベースを作成してbacpacいるときに、次のエラーが表示されます。さまざまなコンテナー/ストレージ アカウントで何度も試しました

BadRequest <string xmlns="
http://schemas.microsoft.com/2003/10/Serialization/">Error encountered during the service operation. ; 
Exception Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Dac.Services.ServiceException:
Unable to authenticate request; </string>

以下のバリエーションを使用しました。

1. 改名
2. サービス層の変更
3. 以前に作成されたデータベースからの bacpac の変更
4. 空のデータベースを作成できる

何か助けはありますか？
