There is a Visual Studio Extension called ObjjTools to support ObjectiveJ language and cappuccino framework. This extension is available under vs2010/2012 and allows you to handle your files easily with syntax highlighting. I am working on the code completion and I hope I will get something in a few months. To install it go to Tools->Extension Manager... then select online and in the search bar enter objj.
