いくつかの前提条件が不足しているようです。

次のすべてを確認することをお勧めします。

  1. システムを更新する 

    $sudo apt-get update

  2. 必要なライブラリをインストールする

    $sudo apt-get install python-dev gcc

  3. ピップのバージョンを更新する

    $sudo apt-get install pip

  4. virtualenv のバージョンを更新する

    $ sudo pip install virtualenv

それらを確認したら、Cloudify をインストールしてみてください。

    $pip install cloudify==3.2.1
