pendingIntent「通知」という画面上のボタンをクリックした後に通知を作成したい。そのため、ユーザーが通知をクリックすると、021-1234567 のような番号がダイヤルされます。どうすればいいですか？

オンラインでヘルプを検索していますが、これに関連するものは何も見つからないようです。

これまでのところこれがありますが、ボタンを押しても何も起こりません。
