autoindexモジュールが悪の根源であることが判明しました。行にコメントすると

ファイルを/etc/httpd/conf.modules.d/00-base.conf削除しますautoindex.conf

# mv /etc/httpd/conf.d/autoindex.conf /etc/httpd/conf.d/autoindex.conf.bak
