php - IP とポートが開いているにもかかわらず、PHP が接続されていませんか?

Question

外部リモート IP を介して MikroTik RouterOS に接続しようとしていますが、Localhost を介して API に正常に接続できますが、サイトでホストされているファイルを介して接続できないことがわかります..!
