AWS インスタンスに ssh/scp しようとしていますが、.pem ファイルのパスフレーズが 1 つも設定されていないにもかかわらず、常に要求されます。私は研究に何時間も費やし、すべてを試しました。そのchmod'ed 400（600と777も試しました-運がありません）

別のマシンから試してみました-同じことです。.pem を .ppk に変換した後、Putty を使用してログインできます

pem ファイルが破損しているか、pem キーの形式が正しくありません

それをテストするためのいくつかのコマンド

openssl rsa -check -in new_bro.pem -noout 「RSAキーはOK」と言うべきです

ssh-keygen -y -e -f new_bro.pem秘密鍵から公開鍵を作成し、リモートの公開鍵と比較します
