Visual Studio 2015 の VSTest.console.exe を使用して単体テストを実行するように TeamCity を構成しようとしています。

( .runsettings ファイルでも) テスト ランナーに有効と思われる唯一のオプションは次のとおりです。

Framework46 に設定すると、次のように表示されます。

これは 4.6.1 でも動作するはずですか?

これは、vstest.console で確認されている既知の問題です。この問題で提案されている回避策を試すことができます (runsettings ファイルでフレームワークを指定し、'Framework' パラメーター値をデフォルトのままにします)。
