しばらくの間、Azure Compute Emulator が起動しません。試してみると、次のエラーが表示されます。

Azure SDK (現在のバージョンと以前のすべてのバージョン) を完全にアンインストールしてから、最新 (2.8) のみを再インストールしました。IIS 機能をオフにして、再びオンにしました。dftmp ファイルを削除/消去しました。SQL Management Studio 2014 R1 と Visual Studio 2015 の修復を試みました。ポートのどのファイルについて話しているのかわかりません。コンピューターを数百回再起動しました。コンピューティング エミュレーターを開始しようとすると、Microsoft Azure コンピューティング エミュレーター サービス プロセスが開始され、DFService.exe および dfMonitor.exe と共に実行され続けます。アイデアが尽きた。誰でもこれを修正する方法を知っていますか? または、削除できるように参照しているファイルは何ですか? ちなみに、ストレージ エミュレータは問題なく起動します。

ただし、プロセスを終了せず、ファイルをアクティブに保つため、EmulatorRuntime.log または DFService.log を削除できません。タスクマネージャーでプロセスを終了してからクリーンを実行すると、実際にはクリーンになります。

その後、何も起こりません。とてもエキサイティングです。

この問題 (VS 2017 15.6 の最新バージョンで) が発生していて、ここで説明されているように WMI で問題が発生していない人にとっては、あなただけではありません:(
