objective-c - 現地の NSDate 時間を PST 時間の営業時間と比較する

Question

私のアプリには、ユーザーがカスタマー サービス担当者と直接話すチャット コンポーネントがあり、営業時間中にユーザーがサポートを要求している場合は、ユーザーに確実に通知したいと考えています。

営業時間は午前 9 時から午後 7 時までです。

オフィスが閉鎖されている場合にユーザーに通知を表示する現在のコードを次に示しますが、正しく機能していません。
