forestplotドキュメント ( https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/forestplot/vignettes/forestplot.html#ticks-and-grids )から、2 つのオプションがあります。

  1. forestplot()式で目盛りを手動で設定できます。xticks = c(-.1, -0.05, 0, .05)
  2. たとえば、シーケンスを作成して式にxticks <- seq(from = -0.08, to = 2.50, by = 0.1)追加できますforestplot()xticks = xticks
