dockerでエラスティックビート(ビューラーのtwitterbeat)を作りたいです。プロキシを設定しても、このエラーが発生します。マシンも再起動しました。私は他の議論にあるすべてを試しました。(パスワードのエンコード、git のプロキシ設定など)

私は何を間違っていますか？
