Python 2.7、R 3.2.5、RStudio、Eclipse with PyDev、Jupyter Notebook 4.0.4 をインストールしました。Windows 10 x64 を使用しています。
http://irkernel.github.io/installation/に従ってすべてを実行しましたが、エラーはありませんでした。Jupyter Notebook を起動すると、ドロップダウン リストに R カーネルがありません。jupyter-kernelspec list と入力すると、次のように表示されます。
