amazon-web-services - vagrant-aws: AWS は提供されたアクセス資格情報を検証できませんでした

Question

私は Windows 10 を使用しており、vagrant-aws ( https://github.com/mitchellh/vagrant-aws ) を使用して vagrant up と amazon インスタンスを実行すると、次のエラーが発生します。Vagrant ファイルもリストしました。

また、これは時間が原因である可能性があると報告した人もいます。Windows 10 でシステム時刻を同期しましたが、まだうまくいきません!
