pHashをインストールしようとしていますが、実行すると次の./configureメッセージが返されます。

しかし、FFMPEG は正しくインストールされており、実際に実行すると次のffmpegように返されます。

残念ながら、Ubuntu 15 では問題を解決できませんでした。Ubuntu 16 (FFMPEG が再び含まれています) をインストールしたところ、すべて問題なく動作しました。
