アプリケーションには適切な修復（アップグレード？）メカニズムが機能していないと思います。AppFabric 自体には詳しくありませんが、再インストールするには、ARP を使用して削除し、再度インストールする必要があると思います。必要な構成を必ずバックアップしてください。
