上記のこのメッセージは、おそらくそれが言っていることです。変数は読み取り専用で、編集できません。変数が書き込み可能かどうかは MIB で指定されます。最初に MIB を確認することをお勧めします。変数が読み取り専用の場合、何をしても問題ありません。

私の知る限り、SNMP でプロセスを強制終了することは、それほど一般的ではありません。少なくとも、通常はそのようにはしません。SNMP はネットワークを管理するためのものです。ただし、独自の MIB がある場合は、それをチェックして、そこに記載されている内容を確認する必要があります。
