EDIT さらにテストした結果、このアプリと mean.js のデフォルト インストールで、gulp と grunt の両方でこれが発生していることがわかりました。これをMacでローカルに実行しています。「node server.js」を使用していずれかのアプリを実行すると、クラッシュしません。
grunt-nodemon で MEAN スタックを使用していますが、高速 URL にアクセスするとノードがクラッシュします。ただし、常に一貫しているわけではありません。うまくいくこともあれば、URL がヒットしてデータが破棄されたときにノードがクラッシュすることもあれば、応答を受け取ってすぐにノードがクラッシュすることもあります。

この場合、POST リクエストが通過し、ユーザーが追加され、ノードがクラッシュしましたが、POST が成功する前にクラッシュすることがあります。また、GET 要求でノードがクラッシュすることもあります。
