ruby (2.2.2) on rails (4.2.3) アプリケーションで autoprefixer を使用していますが、GemRequireError が発生しているようで、その理由や修正方法がわかりません...誰か教えてください。ポインタ？

bundle を実行すると autoprefixer-rails 6.3.3.1 が問題なくインストールされますが、Web を実行しようとrails sするとエラーが発生します。
