あなたのffmpegビルドは、古くてサポートされていないバージョン 2.2.1 を使用しています。Opus デコードをネイティブにサポートするには古すぎます (このバージョンでは、Opus をデコードするには libopus が必要です)。開発ブランチ (「git master」) から派生したビルドにアップグレードするか、少なくとも最新のリリースを使用してください。

可能であれば、最新の libvpx も使用する必要があります。最近の FFmpeg--disable-bsfsでは、VP9 が Webm のデフォルトのビデオ エンコーダーになり、vp9_superframe ビットストリーム フィルターが必要になるため、削除する必要があることに注意してください (自動的に適用されます)。または、 で VP8 エンコーディングを強制することもできます-c:v libvpx。

libopus (推奨) または libvorbis サポートを Webm に追加することを検討してください。そうしないと、非常にくだらない実験的な FFmpeg ネイティブ Vorbis エンコーダーを使用することになります。
