  1. Chimp をグローバルにインストールします。つまり、npm install -g chimp
  2. 上記のリンクから git の例をダウンロードします。
  3. ポート 3000 で meteor アプリケーションを実行する

  4. 別のターミナルを開き、次のコマンドを実行します

これはプロキシの問題のようです。私の企業グループ ポリシーは、理想的にはシステム プロキシ バイパス設定を置き換える別のプロキシ設定を強制しているようです。

ラップトップをプロキシ設定を使用しないゲストwifiに接続すると、セレンサーバーが突然到達可能になり、チンパンジーがテストを正常に実行しました。
