DockerコンテナにGitLabがあり、SubGitを使用しようとしました。SVN から Git への同期は正常に機能していますが、git push を実行しようとすると問題が発生します。次のエラーが発生し、daemon.pid ファイルが subgit ディレクトリから削除されます。

コンテナ内でsubgit configure / installを実行すると（docker exec -it container-name bash）、ファイルの所有者は正しく（git）、すべてが正常になりました:)
