問題はresp.text()通話中です。HTMLページをテキストとして取得します。aiohttp はchardetライブラリを使用して適切なエンコーディングを決定しようとしますが、不正な形式のページの場合は不可能です。

にデコードせずに、ページをフェッチresp.text()するために に置き換える必要があると思います。resp.read()bytesstr
