vim - Vundle Vim がプラグインをインストールしない

Question

Centos 7 で vundle vim を使用していますが、現在、他の PC で動作するプラグインをインストールできないようで、この問題の修正方法を思い出せないという問題が発生しています。そこで、.vim と .vimrc を削除してから、vundle git を re git clone しました。

したがって、vim を起動すると、次のメッセージが表示されます。

vundle を開いて :PluginInstall を実行すると、Not the editor command エラーが返されます。

また、 # sudo mv Test.vimrc .vimrc の後にとにかく.vimrcをchmodにする必要がありますか
