bundle install の実行中にこのエラーが発生しました

私はすでにDevKitを持っているRailsInstallerを使用しています。

以前はこの問題はありませんでしたが、Ruby のバージョンを 2.2.4 から 2.2.5 に変更した後に発生するようです。ウィンドウズパソコンを使用しています。この問題を解決する方法はありますか?
