Android Studio で gradle のビルド時間を短縮しようとしていますが、プロジェクトをビルドまたは同期するたびにエラーが発生します。

何日もグーグルで検索した後、何も見つかりませんでした。このエラーの原因を知っている人はいますか?今はプロジェクトをテストできません。
