アプリケーションでは、Oracle ManagedDataAccess プロバイダーが使用されます。パッケージのバージョンは 12.1.2400 です。
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
IIS にローカルで公開されたアプリケーションは問題なく動作します。データベース接続に問題はありません。
