アプリに 20 を超えるターゲットがある場合 (および現在の Podfile にいくつかの混乱がある場合)、おそらく削除PodfileしPodfile.lockてから実行してみてくださいpod init。これにより、CococaPods gem がPodfileアプリに有効になります。次に、アプリが使用する CocoaPods を貼り付け、インストーラー後の指示を新しい Podfile に貼り付け、pod install.

少し変ですが、Gimbal SDK には iCarousel が含まれているため、podfile に問題がある可能性があります。
