フロントエンドとバックエンドを混同しています。Node.js はサーバー側の言語で、angular はクライアント側の言語です。それらは連携して動作しますが、通常、同じスクリプトからそれらを管理することはありません。この問題を解決するには、完全なMEAN スタック チュートリアルを実行することをお勧めします。
