5.5.6.rc、5.1.14、5.1.49など、さまざまなMySQLバージョンを使用してインストールしてみました。XCodeツールがインストールされたMacOSX10.5.8を実行しています。MySQLがコマンドラインから動作し、正しく接続されていることを確認しました。
