入力レイヤーに続く埋め込みレイヤーに何か問題があるようです。そのレイヤーには次の(デフォルト)パラメータを使用します: trainable=True, restore=True, reuse=False.

あなたの問題が何であるかはわかりませんが、model.load()何も返されません。tflearn の使用例を次に示します。

model = DNN(network)
model.load('model.tflearn')
model.predict(X)

に割り当てmodelていNoneます。
