FXCollections.emptyObservableList()は変更不可能な empty を返します。これが、 を呼び出したときにObservableListを取得する理由です。UnsupportedOperationExceptionadd

FXCollections.observableArrayList()代わりにリストを作成するために使用します。

これにより、変更可能なリストが作成されます。このリストは最初は空です。

FXCollectionsのドキュメントでは、メソッドが

FXCollections.emptyObservableList()

「変更不可能な空のリスト」を返します。
