c# - xaml win8 で静的タイトルとスクロール可能なコンテンツを追加する方法

Question

xaml ページに静的な見出しまたはタイトルを追加しようとしています。ユーザーは一部のコンテンツをスクロールできますが、タイトルはスクロールできません
