CanCan は を呼び出しませんContact.new(params[:contact])。代わりcontact.attributes = params[:contact]に、現在のアビリティ権限に基づいていくつかの初期属性を適用した後で呼び出します。

これと代替ソリューションの詳細については、Issue #176を参照してください。早急に CanCan バージョン 1.5 で修正する予定です。
