excel - VBA で動的ファイルを再配置する

Question

ユーザーにファイルを選択させ、別の場所 (共有ドライブなど) にアップロードすることを選択させようとしています。名前機能を使用していますが、ユーザー次第であるため、ファイル名を取得して「toPath」に入れるのに問題があることに気付きました。以下は私の完成したコードです。アドバイスや提案があれば助けてください。
