PETSc を使用するプロジェクトを構築しようとしていました。そのために、https://github.com/jedbrown/cmake-modulesから cmake モジュールをダウンロードしました。プロジェクトをビルドしようとしたときに、次のエラー メッセージが表示されました。

openMPI (cygwin パッケージ) をダウンロードし、以下を使用して Petsc をビルドしました。
"--prefix="where_petsc_will_be_installed" --with-clanguage=C --with-mpi --with-cc=mpicc --with-cxx=0 --with-fc=0 --download-f2cblaslapack --with-デバッグ=はい"
パスは次を使用してエクスポートされました。
export PETSC_DIR="where_petsc_is_installed"

export PATH=${PATH}:${PETSC_DIR}/lib:${PETSC_DIR}/bin
これらのエラーが発生した理由とその解決方法を教えてください。
