go build コマンドを実行しようとした後に発生するエラーのごく一部

GOPATH設定されてGOROOTいますが、エラーなしでコマンドを実行することはできません。gopath と goroot を変更してホームディレクトリとカスタムディレクトリにインストールしようとしましたが、それでもうまくいきません。これを解決する方法はありますか？

公式文書が言うように：

最も簡単な方法は、実行することgo get -u github.com/golang/protobuf/{proto,protoc-gen-go}です。

I installed go get -u github.com/golang/protobuf/{proto,protoc-gen-go}, in my terminal

Then did a go mod init example.com/filename, this created a go mod file and removed the error for me.
