私は最終的にそれを解決しました。

Wireshark を使用して、sysinternals の whois に「DOMAIN」部分が追加されていないことがわかりました。

文字列 strDomain = recordType.ToString() + " " + ドメイン + "\r\n";

(recordType.ToString == "ドメイン")。
